- Aqua Get Started 2 (for Honey or Rylie only) - $0
- 2nd complimentary session with certified Aqua Instructor and Trainer focusing on water fitness in the pool. Swimsuit required if you would like to use your session in the pool.
- Nutrition Get Started 2 (For only Hannah, she is a registered dietitian)
- Client driven, discussions over goal setting, nutrition education and management. Hannah is a registered dietitian.
- Newcomers at Southwest YMCA (call for appointment)
- New to the Southwest YMCA? Join Newcomers to learn about the Wellness Floor, Youth Programs, Active Older Adults, Group Fitness, Community Activities plus much more in a small group setting with a Southwest YMCA Staff Member.
Personal Training
- 60 min. Personal Training Tandem
- Train with a friend. What a better way to stay accountable then with a buddy.
- 60 min. Nutrition Counseling (For only Hannah, she is a registered dietitian)
- Nutritional Counseling for individual needs. Hannah is a registered dietitian.
- 30 min. Nutrition Counseling (For only Hannah, she is a registered dietitian)
- Nutritional Counseling for individual needs. Hannah is a registered dietitian.
- 60 min. Nutrition Counseling TANDEM (For only Hannah, she is a registered dietitian)
- Nutritional Counseling for up to 2 clients. Hannah is a registered dietitian.
Small Group Training
- Small Group Training
- Train Relative Strength to become strong from head to toe. Learn how to functionally move your body through multiple planes of motion while using the TRX.

- Sign up for your Fall Fitness Check with one of Southwest's YMCA Wellness Coaches. Please come prepared with your Fall Challenge Habit Card, current Evolt Check and any questions.

Health and Wellness Studio
- Community Studio Reservation
- Community Studio can be checked out on a first come first come basis by the Health and Wellness Staff. No prior reservations accepted. Must be 19 yrs and older. Minimum 2 people Maximum 4 people. 30-minute time limit. Studio must be checked out AND checked in at the duration of the 30-minute limit. Studio must be set to it's original design. Studio Stereo IS NOT for non-staff members. Current liability form must be completed prior to check out. Questions? Jen McCarthy 513-466-3128
