1st complimentary session with a wellness coach designed to help you refine your health and wellness goals, as well as discover all the features and programs at the YMCA! It is customizable to your needs and interests and may involve: fact finding, goal setting, baseline measurements, fitness/postural assessments, nutrition and program recommendations, and social networking.
Get Started 2 - $0
2nd complimentary session with a wellness coach building upon the first.

Fit Check

1st Fit Check - $0
Short check in with a wellness coach about your health & fitness.
Can involve: weight, water balance, blood pressure, BMI, and body circumference measurements, nutrition and program guidance, and more.
Follow-Up Fit Check - $0
Short check in with a wellness coach after first fit check, get started, or personal/group training.
Can involve: weight, water balance, blood pressure, BMI, and body circumference measurements, nutrition and program guidance, and more.

Personal Training

One-on-One Meeting - $0
Meeting with your trainer about your program or new client consultation.

Certified Trainers will help you reach long- and short-term goals, as well as educate you to become self-sufficient. Our trainers have specialties from power lifting, women's conditions, and weight management – meaning we have a trainer for you!
60 Min. Personal Training (call for appointment)
Certified Trainers will help you reach long- and short-term goals, as well as educate you to become self-sufficient. Our trainers have specialties from power lifting, women's conditions, and weight management – meaning we have a trainer for you!
Tandem Training (call for appointment)
